In the event of a wrong order, please contact support at help@basscastersusa.com with your order number and pictures of your shirt. Once we receive your email we will verify your claim and if we made a mistake, we will send you the correct shirt. We do not need the wrong product sent back to us.
I ordered the correct size but it's a bit too small/ large. Can I return it or exchange it?
Yes, Basscasters has a 30 day return policy. Contact our support team to make arrangements to return your shirt for a full refund. The item must be returned in it's original condition: unused, unwashed, and unworn.
I received a defective or damaged product.

I just made an order but I changed my mind and I'd like to cancel it.

When will my order ship?
All orders are processed within 24 hours. After they've been processed, apparel items usually take 2-3 business days to be shipped out and shipping takes 1-7 days.
