WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days.
Please allow 7-10 business days for US Shipping and up to 20 business days for international.

*During Holiday times such as Christmas, there may be slightly delayed shipments.
- We update tracking information as soon as the label for the order is printed.
- Tracking can be checked through our order status page
- We send a tracking confirmation email for your convenience as soon as the tracking has been updated.
- If your tracking shows that "shipping label is created" but you don't see any updates, please allow 1-2 days for an update.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
You may cancel or amend your order within 24 hours of purchase. We are committed to our customers and want you to be happy. We stand by our product and offer a 30-day customer satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your product just return the product to us undamaged within 30 days and we will refund you. To begin the refund process, please contact us to make arrangements.
*NOTE: we do not provide pre-paid shipping packages to send products back to us. You must send back unwanted product at your own expense. We highly recommend shipping your piece (s) back via Fedex/UPS not USPS.
